This year I will be taking up the challenge of long distance open water swims in support of my passion for the ocean.

I will be supporting two charities, Level Water - who give the opportunity to children with disabilities to learn to swim.

Surfers Against Sewage - a local charity fighting to protect our waters from pollution.

I will be swimming the Plymouth Breakwater on 20th July and 10km down the River Dart September 2025.

I will also be participating in the Chestnut Appeal events who support men and their families dealing with prostate cancer.

Any support in this journey would be deeply appreciated, a small donation can change the life of a child with disabilities and help in aiding the conservation of our oceans so we can carry on enjoying the coast we are so lucky to have on our doorstep.
