Unfortunately myself and my brother lost our beautiful Grandma last summer which was an absolute heartbreak as she was our best friend.

Sadly she suffered with Dementia and Alzheimer’s therefore we wanted to participate in the memory walk and raise as much money as we can in remembrance of our wonderful Grandma!

We will also be walking for my partners Nanna Janet as unfortunately she also battled and was taken too soon!
