We're Daf and Laura, two friends from south west Wales who are Joggin' for Noggin!

The Brain Tumour Charity has been a source of support, advice and reassurance since Daf's wife and Laura's friend & former colleague was diagnosed with a brain tumour in April 2023. Now we want to help the charity in return, by taking on a training regime which will include the Llanelli 10K in February, leading up to the Cardiff Half Marathon in October 2024, with the goal of raising money for this amazing charity!

Daf will be taking part in the Barmouth 10K on June 15th, and the Ogi Porthcawl 10k on July 7th too.
