Help Me Raise £150 for Bowel Cancer UK – One Active Day at a Time

This April, I’m taking on a personal challenge: doing something active every single day for 30 days. The aim is to reach a minimum of 100km by the 30th April whether it’s by running, walking, or hitting the gym, I’ll be pushing myself daily to raise funds and awareness for Bowel Cancer UK.

I’ve set a fundraising target of £150, and every contribution—big or small—will help make a real difference.

This cause is incredibly close to my heart. Last year, Michelle was diagnosed with bowel cancer. Watching someone you love go through that journey turns your world upside down and is life changing. It’s given me a deep appreciation for the organisations like Bowel Cancer UK and the research and support they provide.

That’s why I want to do something meaningful.

I’m also hoping to do as much of this challenge as possible alongside Michelle and Harry — staying as fit and healthy as possible and making positive memories along the way.

If anyone would like to join me for a walk, run or any other exercise ideas during April, you are more than welcome. Your support—whether that’s donating, sharing, or simply showing up to take part—means a lot and will help keep me motivated throughout the month.

By committing to this challenge, I hope to:

- Raise money to help provide support and information to patients and their families

- Raise funds to support research into bowel cancer

- Increase awareness and encourage early diagnosis
