I am raising money for the MS society as my sister, Jay was diagnosed back in 2019. Jay is an inspirational person who has helped so many people with MS through some very tough times.

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a life-changing condition that affects the brain and spinal cord, disrupting the flow of information between the body and brain. It can cause a wide range of symptoms, including fatigue, mobility issues, pain, and cognitive challenges, making everyday tasks feel overwhelming.

The MS Society UK is dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by Multiple Sclerosis. They provide essential support, information, and resources for individuals and families living with MS. The charity funds groundbreaking research to develop better treatments and work toward a cure, while also campaigning for fair access to healthcare, support, and rights. Any donation you make will help towards improving the life and research for those living with this debilitating disease.

Jay is incredibly strong and ran the London Landmarks Half Marathon in 2023, which really is a fantastic achievement and will be running it again! Both me and my girlfriend, Charlotte will be running the race this year for MS Society UK so please help us raise some money for this fantastic charity, helping so many people.
