We support children aged 0-25 in Milton Keynes who have a life limiting condition. We support neonatal units in the UK by offering mini gifts packs by post or boxes to MKUH. We raise awareness of Trisomy 18 the UK's 2nd most common syndrome. All of the support we offer is free of charge!

Story

Mark, Jess and I are going to attempt to do 100 star jumps a day in December, to raise money for Emily's star! Yikes!
