On 15th August 9 brave members of staff from MHA Stratton House will be getting muddy, climbing obstacles and pushing ourselves through Tough Mudder – all to raise money for the incredible people who live in our care.

For some of us this will be the second time taking part in 'Tough Mudder', but it doesn't make it any easier.

Every day we see first-hand how important it is that older people can live later life well – with dignity, companionship, laughter and the little moments that make life meaningful. The funds we raise will go directly towards enriching the lives of our residents, helping us provide activities, experiences and opportunities that bring joy, connection and purpose to later life.
