On 7th August, Ash and Kaine are doing the London Triathlon - OLYMPIC distance...

This is:

- 1.5k outdoor swim (in the London docks)

- 40k cycle through the centre of London

- 10k run

Considering neither of them have never done anything like this before they're despertely hoping you can get behind them and help them to raise lots of cash for the amazing MIND.
