So Owen Allwright has signed up for the Manchester 10k on 31st May after a break of 7 years.

He is leader of Team Keep Going Owen along with Paul Barber, Jan Williams and Sue Banfield - the dream team.

They’re hoping to raise £1000 for NSPCC - the children’s charity in honour of his six nieces and nephews. Please help him reach his target.
