Story
I’m taking on a 200-mile trail ride on horseback from Cornwall to West Sussex in memory of my son, who died of bone cancer at just 32 years old. Losing him changed my world forever, and nothing can fill the space he left behind. But what I can do is use my miles, my effort, and my voice to raise awareness and support for others facing this devastating disease. That’s why I’m riding for the Bone Cancer Research Trust—because more research, earlier diagnosis, and better treatments are desperately needed, and because no family should have to experience what we did.
The ride will also be a personal pilgrimage to glorify God for bringing me through the deepest darkest valley. There is no doubt in my mind, I would not have survived without Jesus.
Your support will help fuel vital research and keep me moving on the days when the journey feels heavy. Thank you for standing with me and helping ensure my son’s memory drives something positive forward.
Thank you for reading.
