I am walking the Thames Path over 10 days (27th April to 6th May) for Mental Health Awareness. The path follows the iconic River Thames spanning over 185 miles/298 km of stunning scenery and historic sites.
The charities/trusts I have chosen to support are particularly personal to me, due to my own experiences that have shaped my understanding of the impact these charities/trusts have on individuals and communities needs.

By taking on this incredible challenge, I hope to increase awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues and raise crucial funds for mental health charities/trusts that make a tangible difference in the lives of those affected by mental health issues.
