We did it!

In the end due to injury and illness our team was down to 2.

We set off in the rain having to navigate the in places flooded path! However, the weather soon improved, and after lunch the sun came out!

At the Torry Battery we were received with good cheer, warm drinks and lovely singing!

Thank you so much for all your generous donations so far. There is still time to donate to this lovely community project till the 20th of April in the morning!

Greyhope Bay's Dee to the Sea sponsored walk was a 32km walk from Banchory along the Deeside Way to the Greyhope Bay Centre & Cafe at Torry Battery, Aberdeen. By sponsoring us you will help us raise money for Greyhope Bay to help them continue their work connecting people to each other and the coastline, through walks, creative classes, educational events, rockpooling, and more.

Each time we visit the Greyhope Bay Cafe, we enjoy it. The coffee is very good and spotting the dolphins is always special.

Living and working in a community ourselves, we are very happy to support another's community's work and projects!
