Mental Health is something we all need to take care of we on the KSW (Kstar Wrestling) Team all have some connection with Mental Health issues and its close to all of our hearts in one way or another.

Effects of bad mental health can result in depression anxiety & suicide which all can be helped or avoided through places like MIND Birmingham.

so its a pleasure for us to help such a great cause like MIND Birmingham not only is it a charity we can all relate too but its also a local charity to us in Birmingham please help support us and the charity by donating what ever you can.
