Saba and Sana's nan unfortunately passed away last year from Dementia.After talking with a friend of mine involved in this charity we all thought it was a beautiful way to honor both these ladies and everyone else going through a similar situation and run for them. None of us run on a weekly basis so this is DEFINITELY challenging for us. "Our dementia choir" is a beautiful initiative that brings together people going through this disease and connects them through music, the one thing that is never forgotten.
