In the run up to International Women's Day, Team Lancia have taken on the challenge to take part in the ultimate team cycling challenge, raising much-needed funds to help Smart Works clients transform their lives.

We're cycling 500 miles as a team in 10 days starting on 28th Feb and finishing on 8th March - International Women's Day. We're going to feel the burn in our buns because we want to help support the amazing work they do to help unemployed women across the UK with their award winning interview coaching and clothing support. Smart Works has helped over 16,000 women and after a visit to Smart Works, 64% of women get the job within a month.

Spinning for Smart Works means more women across the UK will feel encouraged, connected and empowered. Having seen first hand the transformative power of their work, we are doing our bit at Lancia to support employability, helping others find work they love as much as we do.
