Story
In February 2025, 6 of our team’s bravest yet least experienced cyclists have been inspired to sign up for a cycle challenge which will see them cycle 450km from Vietnam through Cambodia in aid of NSPCC.
The team will be committed to rigorous training throughout the harsh UK winter. Taking place over 7 days, the challenge involves tackling hot and humid conditions with some days including over 80km and 7 hours of non-stop pedaling!
The enthused lineup of crazy colleagues include: Leoni Liebert, Oliver Walker, William Hunt, Oliver Meagher, James Howard and Richard Bell, none of which have any long distance cycling experience and some only recently off stabilisers!
Clarion Housing Group are committed to making a difference in partnership with the NSPCC, the UK's foremost children's charity dedicated to ending child abuse and neglect. Beginning in June 2024, Clarion Housing Group has embarked on a three-year journey alongside the NSPCC as our official corporate charity partner. Our goal is to raise a minimum of £100,000 annually through a variety of fundraising activities and generous donations.
We are fundraising for the NSPCC, so they can continue transforming young lives by achieving their 3 main goals:
• Everyone plays their part to prevent child abuse.
We’ll work together to make it easier for everyone to play their part and create a social safety net that prevents child abuse and neglect.
• Every child is safe online.
Together, we’ll transform the online world, so it’s safe for every child to go online.
• Children feel safe, listened to and are supported.
More children will be able to speak out, so they feel safe, listened to and understood - and abuse doesn’t shape their future.
Please donate to help us reach our collective target of £15,000 in aid of NSPCC. Every donation made will be matched by Clarion Housing Group.
