Story
On the 9th July I will be cycling the Etape du Tour de France. The event is a mountain stage of the Tour de France, serving up a total distance of 150km with 4200m of elevation gain in a single day.
For perspective, this will be equivalent to me pedalling up almost half the height of Everest in 8-10 hours (gulp).
As you can imagine, this is by far the biggest challenge I have ever set myself, and I am riding to raise funds for two amazing charities: MacMillan Cancer Support, and The Plymouth and District Leukaemia fund.
A lofty challenge calls for a lofty fundraising target, so I’m hoping to raise £2000 to split between the two charities. Please give what you can to help me along!
***Ideally I would like to split donations evenly between the two charities, so if possible please add your donation to whichever charity currently has less in total donations under the "Team Members" section of this page.***
