I'm taking part in the Hospital Hero Hike on Sunday 30 April 2023!

The Hospital Hero Hike is a 21 mile walk from Colchester Hospital to Ipswich Hospital. I have decided to take on this challenge to support my local NHS charity - Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity.

The charity help staff, patients and your friends and family when they need it most. They provide additional equipment, improvements and services that go beyond the scope of the NHS.
