We are Let’s Go Southall, a growing community creating a social movement that makes Southall a healthier place to live and encourages local people to live longer and happier.

In October, the participants of Lets Go Southall Cycling Club will be buddying up with each other, or groups to improve their wellbeing and to do good for the local environment they live in.

Buddies will be encouraging each other, their partners and families to get more active. We are working to improve health conditions, mental wellbeing and to a build community that offers a social movement for residents to be their best selves.

Join the challenge or you can donate to the Pedal for Good Cycling Challenge to raise money for the charities below.

There will be further challenges right through to December for more of us to join in with. There are lots of other ways to get more active with the ACT Get Active campaigns.

How to get involved in our October challenge

RIDE AT YOUR OWN LEVEL: Pick a distance you would like to cycle each week for the month of August! Add your progress to our Strava cycling club and raise money for one of the causes below as you go.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME, COME AND LEARN HOW TO CYCLE: Free training, and bikes will be available for all levels.
