We're Liberty Ladies, an adult dance group formed in September in the heart of Leigh-on-sea.

Jealous of all the fun our kids were having at Liberty Performing Arts, we got together with their teacher, Miss Emma, to create our own dance troupe. We meet once a week, strut our stuff, keep fit and have a giggle... and now we are raising money for local charities too!

Not content with restricting our moves to the dance studio, we have decided to hijack our children's dance show to raise Monet for Carers First Southend and HARP, Southend's Homeless Charity.

Audiences will be treated to an 80's Movie dance medley featuring hits from all time classics such as Flashdance, Fame and Dirty Dancing.

Please support us and make our blushes worth while by donating generously either on this page or at a performance of 'Lights, Camera, Action' at the Palace Theatre, Westcliff-on-sea on the 15th June (3.30pm performance only).
