Story
We are taking part in the Pink Ribbon Walk to help Breast Cancer Now fund their world-class research and life-changing care for anyone affected by breast cancer.
This walk is particularly meaningful for us as we remember Donna’s friend Tanya who sadly lost her life to breast cancer last year. A special person who is much missed by all of her friends and family.
We also give thanks for the amazing treatment and care that Alison received following her diagnosis with breast cancer last year, for her bravery in dealing with the disease and we celebrate that she is now cancer free.
Behind both of these stories is the power of friendship which is why we are walking together and will be sharing memories and creating new ones along the way.
By 2030, its estimated that 1.2 million women will be living with the disease. Breast Cancer Now are uniting to make life-saving discoveries and are here to offer expert support to anyone, the whole way through their breast cancer experience. But they cant do it alone
By sponsoring our Pink Ribbon Walk you can help change the lives of men and women and the future of breast cancer. Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
