Living Horizon are a local mental health organisation supporting vulnerable adults who suffer with mental health. Living horizon offer supported accommodation with 24/7 Support. Our Team are passionate about mental health and the support we provide. We always look at ways for the team to work together and build up strong relationships. Together we want to raise more awareness and money for a charity that is close to our organisation and our residents.
