Lancaster Medical Practice want to see how far we (and our families) can get across the world (virtually!) during the month of April by any means...as long as it involves exercise/activity.

Everyone will have their own personal targets but this is NOT a competitive event. The aim is simply; good fun, being active and raising some money for charity.

We have selected 2 local and 1 national charity, so you can select which charity you would like to donate to.

1st link - Cancer Research UK

2nd link - A.C.E. (a local charity supporting young people to improve their emotional/mental health)

3rd link - St John's Hospice (providing palliative care for a wide range of life shortening conditions across North Lancashire and the South Lakes area)

We have some great events planned during the month to enable us to reach some of those destinations we had planned to visit, but were unable to, in the last year.

Any donations, big or small, would be gratefully received.
