Driving to Make a Difference: Supporting Teenage Cancer Trust
This year, Ross, Brad, and Alper are ditching comfort for chaos as they take on the Dumball Rally 2025 – a 2,500-mile odyssey in a clapped-out old banger, all to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust.
In just seven days, their trusty (but highly questionable) vehicle will battle its way from the UK to Majorca, surviving epic road challenges, unpredictable breakdowns, and some seriously dodgy navigation. And, because endurance alone isn’t enough, they’ll be doing it all in full fancy dress. It’s a carnival of madness on wheels – pushing limits, testing patience, and raising vital funds for young people facing cancer.
Every day in the UK, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the devastating words: “You have cancer.” Teenage Cancer Trust is the only charity dedicated to making sure they don’t face it alone, providing expert nursing care and emotional support when it’s needed most.
Cancer doesn’t just attack health – it disrupts everything. It threatens independence, identity, friendships, and future dreams. Teenage Cancer Trust steps in to give young people the care, confidence, and support they need to keep living their lives, funding specialist nurses, youth support teams, and dedicated hospital units within the NHS.
But they can’t do it without us.
This rally isn’t just a ridiculous road trip – it’s a mission to make a difference. Every mile driven, every breakdown survived, and every laugh along the way is for a cause that truly matters.
We’d love your support. Every donation, big or small, helps ensure no young person has to face cancer alone.
Thank you for being part of this journey – now, let’s hit the road! 🚗💨
