With the cancellation and postponement of fundraising events, restrictions on funeral attendances and the overall impact of lockdown, the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust now needs support more than ever. Please help by supporting our campaign.

Story

Pulmonary Fibrosis is a progressive lung disease for which there is no treatment or cure. Sadly, it takes the lives of around 6,000 people in the UK each year.

The Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust was founded 10 years ago with the aim of providing personal support to people affected by this very debilitating and life-limiting illness. We provide emotional help and give practical support, where there is a need, with things like portable oxygen concentrators, mobility scooters and stair lifts. In addition, we also raise awareness of the illness, in particular the challenges people face on a daily basis, and provide funding towards research.

With the cancellation and postponement of fundraising events, restrictions on funeral attendances and the overall impact of the COVID-19 lockdown, the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust now needs support more than ever. It is essential that we are able to continue providing this vital support to sufferers of Pulmonary Fibrosis at what is a very scary time for many.
