On 20 July 2024, me and my family are taking on the Mighty Hike Marathon through the beautiful and dramatic Peak District National Park to raise vital funds for people living with cancer.

Having recently lost my lovely mum, and my dads wonderful wife, to pancreatic cancer, me and my family have decided to raise money in her memory. We have each individually pledged to raise either £500 or £1000, equalling a total goal of £3,500 and would appreciate any support in reaching this goal.

By fundraising my pledge, we could pay for a Macmillan Support Worker who could provide emotional, practical and financial advice to someone affected by cancer. These recent months have been the toughest we've ever had to face as a family, but the support we've received from everyone has been lovely. Macmillans support throughout my mums fight with cancer was incredibly helpful to her and us, so please join me in giving something back to this great organisation.
