After losing our beautiful daughter Maeve Ivy Day-Marks in September 2024 we want to raise money to help other family’s, who may experience the heart ache of losing their baby before birth or after.

The money raised for our chosen charities will also help to fund research being carried out to help prevent and understand why this devastating outcome happens.

We have chosen two charity’s that are close to our hearts The Snowdrop Appeal (Bristol and Westons Hospital Charity) who supported us through Maeve’s birth, the early days after and continue to do so. And Sands the Stillbirth and Neonatal Charity who offer support and research funding.

We will be participating in different fundraising activities over the year and will donate the money raised to our chosen charity’s on Maeve’s Birthday 🌸

💕 SNOWDROP APPEAL

Thanks to our generous supporters we have been able to transform eight hospital spaces in St Michael's Hospital and Weston General Hospital for families experiencing devastating pregnancy and baby loss. While the Snowdrop Appeal is complete, we will continue to be there for families at our hospitals both now, and in the future.

💕 Sands, the stillbirth and neonatal death charity, operates across the UK: supporting anyone affected by the death of a baby; working in partnership with health professionals to ensure that bereaved parents and families receive the best possible care; and promoting improvements in practice and funding research that could help to reduce the loss of babies’ lives.
