As part of my work I've been volunteering with the Ruth Strauss Foundation for some time, so I was keen to replicate the event Microsoft are running in June (https://www.justgiving.com/team/microsoftmiles2023) with our own event in Manchester. Our sponsored walk will take in the famous local sports venues and museums - as well as the Microsoft office! We would love your help. The funds raised from the Walk will be invested by the Ruth Strauss Foundation to create an interactive digital programme that will educate young people around the emotional challenges of a parent dying.
