For one night only, on 30th March Maurice and Harriet will be forgoing home comforts in favour of a cold, hard, concrete floor at The Riverside Stadium.

The target - to last the night. Sounds easy right?

We're doing this to raise money and awareness for 3 amazing Teesside based charities; CEO Sleepout, The Teesside Charity & MFC Foundation.

These charities carry out phenomenal work within Teesside tackling homelessness, assisting individuals out of homelessness and helping people who are at risk of becoming homeless.

Risk factors for becoming homeless are numerous, but to name a few include: poverty, unemployment & substance addiction. These charities provide funds to grass-roots projects and the MFC Foundation run their own within the community to tackle these issues head on.

In todays economic climate, the numbers of individuals living on the brink is climbing. Without assistance there is a real risk to their livelihoods and well-being.

We'd really appreciate a donation to this cause, however small. You probably don't realise how much difference even the smallest donation can make, but even to contribute to someone's fuel voucher can be the difference between them covering their rent and not.
