Story
At Michael Sobell House, supported by Harlington Hospice, we’re here to support those in our community living with serious or terminal illness, and their family and friends.
While news of a serious or terminal illness can be overwhelming, we believe everyone who comes to us should be helped to live each of their days in their own way, to the fullest.
To support our local community and provide our full range of services costs over £5.3m each year. This includes over £2.2m to run Michael Sobell House. We currently receive 42% of our total funding from the NHS and around 8% from fees from our paid-for service, Harlington Care. We need to generate over £2.4 million in voluntary donations and shop sales in order to provide our free of charge services.
This is only possible thanks to the support of people like you who donate, who fundraise, who shop and who volunteer.
Please consider making a donation of any amount so this amazing Hospice can continue to help those in need. Thank you.
