In May 2023 a group of us ladies spent a joyous weekend away together celebrating 60th birthdays and other significant events in our lives, it was a truly wonderful weekend of female bonding in a relaxed and fun way.

Mandy was part of the gang and very much up for anything, despite just finishing some horrid Chemo. Some of the group had never met Mandy before, but but the end of the weekend everyone was very firm friends.

Mandy was the first to say 'let's do something like this next year!' & was the first to sign up to a get together walk.

Sadly Mandy's journey with cancer came to an all too quick end a few short months after our time together.

So on the 17th of May 2024 the group will be undertaking a 10 mile walk along some routes Mandy, Lisa & Angie walked together and we will ALL remember Mandy with love and affection and raise some money for the FOCUS centre in Cheltenham who are so brilliant in their support of those of us who have been through a cancer journey.
