In memory of my grandad this year, I am going to be taking on Big Fun Walk to help spread awareness and raise funds for North London Hospice. Every pound raised helps the hospice's care teams to provide the best quality palliative and end of life care and support for patients and families living with a life limiting illness.

Me and my family will take on there 10 mile walk to raise money. My grandfather was a strong and individual and he was a bubbly person aswell. He passed away with stomach cancer and with the help of North London Hospice he was given the care he needed.
