I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be running the London Marathon in 2025 and using this incredible opportunity to raise awareness and support for this amazing charity! But because I might be just a little bit crazy, I’m also continuing my cold water dipping streak alongside my marathon training.

As of January 4th, I’ve completed 96 consecutive days of cold water dips, my initial target was 100 days but i have now changed that target to 365 days! My lovely friend and fellow cold water dipper, Sally will be joining me for this part of the challenge so get used to seeing us in either a lake, river or ours pods in our gardens.
