Sarah, Chris, Poppy-Mia and Hughie are taking part in LiverpoolMemoryWalk.

This is a cause close to our hearts with my mum Marie (Poppy-Mia and Hughie nanny) living with vascular dementia.

Chris's mum Brenda (Poppy-Mia and Hughie other nan) passed from dementia before they got to meet her.

I am involved by volunteering for a local dementia group in my home town so I see the effects dementia has on not only the person but the family and friends x
