Story
A little over a year ago our dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer and it came as a big scare to us all. He wasn’t keeping the best and we were all very worried about him. Once he understood what was going on and how his treatment is going to play out and how things are going to be it gave us a hope that it will be liveable just going to be a very tough 6 months or so for him but sure he’ll smash it 💪 my brother will be cycling around 10k a day and i have set out to do 50 miles running in the month of October, this is something that is very different for both of us and will be a good challenge for both of us but something that will gain personal achievement whilst hopefully making a positive impact. 😄
Did you know that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?
I’m taking on the Run 50 Miles in October challenge for PCR to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer.
Please support me during this challenge by donating what you can to Prostate Cancer Research. Every donation you make helps advance our mission to create a world free from the impact of prostate cancer.
Thank you for your support! 💙🧡
