Gracie and I are taking part in Jog on Dementia and running 100km between us in one month to raise money for Alzheimers Society.

Dementia is the UKs biggest killer and by 2021, one million people will be living with it. Until the day we find a cure, Alzheimers Society is here for everyone affected. Wherever they are, whatever theyre going through.
