Please join the Anderson family and friends to honor the memory of Matt Anderson. We lost our kind, dependable, funny and strong Matt to suicide on June 22, 2020. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, friend and neighbor.

A member of Iron Workers Local 512, Matt faithfully worked for Danny’s Construction Company, Inc. Sadly, many construction workers suffer silently from depression and other mental illnesses, and end their lives too soon. We are participating in the Stomp Out Suicide 5K to help raise awareness of the high rates of suicide in the construction world, to shatter the “tough guy” image that may be preventing them from seeking help for their mental health. There’s nothing weak about taking care of yourself. There’s strength in reaching out for help.
