Hayley and I will be taking on the 100km Cotswold Way Ultra Challenge in June 2025 to raise much needed funds for Dementia UK. We will walk continuously, even through the night until the 100km is completed!

Dementia UK are the specialist dementia nursing charity that is there for the whole family. Their nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide free, life-changing support and advice to anyone affected by dementia. Anything that you can give to support this amazing charity would be hugely appreciated.
