I'm running the Centra Run Together event on Sun 19th Oct.

I have never run outside in my life, unless I was getting chased!!!

So myself and Antoinette, (all her fault this) have decided to do this training together... We can't talk an run, well she can I can't! Wonder will that change over the next few weeks.. So, I'm up for this 😁
