Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care is a charity providing care and support for adults with a progressive life-limiting illness, in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.  Rennie Grove provided wonderful and caring Hospice at Home care for Wendy. They are also there for the families of their patients, ensuring that everyone can receive the right support, helping make every moment together matter.
