Story
Rockinghorse Children's Charity are a Brighton based charity who fund and deliver lifesaving equipment, specialist projects and enhanced services for sick babies, children and young people throughout Sussex. They support The Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital and The Trevor Mann Baby Unit in Brighton, as well as all of the specialist children’s wards and baby units across Sussex.
Their newest project is a brand-new children’s Wellbeing Service based in the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital, offering activities such as sea swimming sessions, woodland well-being days, art therapy and yoga.
The Rockinghorse Relay is a 12 hour overnight (7pm to 7am) swimathon to help raise funds for the Wellbeing Service, taking place at Sea Lanes on 25th September.
Team MWB are taking the plunge for the whole 12 hours.
Thank you to our amazing relay team - Nadine Ashford, Rebecca Robinson, Molly Hamilton, Johanna Abrahams, Caroline Flint and Georgia Dellar.
Any donations would be massively appreciated to keep the team going in the early hours (we will be powered with lots of cake).
Please support us if you can.
