I'm joining Joe Cole and a cohort of construction industry professionals on the Construction Tour - London to Amsterdam, challenge covering over 180 miles in three days.

Our collective effort is in response to the devastating economic, health and family pressures caused by the pandemic, that has left many young people struggling to cope with mental health issues and unemployment.

All proceeds will support the 11 Foundations work on behalf OnSide, and the Future Youth Zone in Barking and Dagenham.

By working with youth charity specialists your support will ensure hundreds of at risk young people will have a safe place to go, where they can be treated equally and be given vital education and empowerment opportunities. Targeted interventions will boost self-confidence and equip young people with essential life skills that they need to help build themselves a better future.
