Raising money for Second Chance Animal Rescue Crockenhill, National Autistic Society and Romney House Cat Rescue

Story

I am taking part in the Virtual Virgin London Marathon 2020 in memory of Brett McCullough, son of our very good friends. Brett, a loving family man with a wife and three children, lost his life in the Stonehaven train crash last month. Brett himself took part in the London Marathon and I will be wearing his picture with pride on the day.

I have 24 hours on 4th October 2020 to complete 26.2 miles (42km) on foot and despite having run last year this one is likely to be a lot more challenging as it‘s all solo with no crowds to keep us going! I’m a last minute entry but am determined to hit the distance again for him.

I have chosen three charities close to my heart that I feel sure Brett would approve of. It would be wonderful if you can make a donation. You will see three donation links and they are in no order of preference.

Thank you for taking the time to read this page and huge thanks to all who are able to donate, every penny counts.
