We are a small team of four raising £1,000 as part of See The Change, a partnership between Hakim Group and the High Performance Foundation to help young people build crucial life skills.

As a team, we're each taking on 88.6km each - the equivalent of climbing up and down 10 of the world's most iconic mountains.

While we each have our own distance to complete, we'll be supporting each other along the way, picking up extra distance for team members to make sure we complete the challenge together.

Every pound raised helps fund Game Plan, a programme that helps young people to build self-belief, confidence, resilience, an the mental strength they need to thrive.

£1,000 can fund Game Plan for one school.
