We may be ladies of a certain age, but that is not going to stop the formidable partnership of Karen and Toby from raising as much as we can for Help for Heroes.

Veterans & their families face their toughest challenges everyday whereas for us, this one will be relatively short, a 9 day Ancient Trek to Petra. We will be following a Bedouin Path across dramatic mountains, wadis, arid desert, sandstone canyons and wild sculpted escarpments of Jordons Rift Valley.

Painful injuries. Mental trauma. Disability. Isolation - nope that won't be us, but this is the reality for some of our Veterans. Help for Heroes offer life-changing services to support them. From physical & mental health care, to help with welfare & medical needs.
