Raising money for PROSTATE CANCER UK

1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer. At Prostate Cancer UK, we’re giving every man the power to navigate it. With over £100 million invested in research, treatment, and care, we’re building a future where prostate cancer no longer cuts men’s lives short. Together, we can help save men’s lives.

Story

Men United in Song is a fresh challenge for men in 2024, inspired by the nationwide response to community singing through the television appearances of Gareth Malone (The Choir) and the well-known Military Wives Choir.

Beginning in March 2024, we want 40 local men to sign up to raise a large amount of money for Prostate Cancer UK by learning to sing to a high standard over 9 weeks under the direction of professional musicians.

It culminates in May with a live performance at the Swan Theatre, Worcester, in front of an audience of family, friends and the public.

No previous singing experience is necessary, just a willingness to step outside your comfort zone, get stuck in and give it a go.
