Myself and my wonderful friends and colleagues in MHLT Andrea, Rachael and Cheryl are taking on the Wye Valley Trek, a 24mile trek In aid of St. Michael's Hospice, Hereford on the 20th September.

St Michael's Hospice is an incredible charity that provides support for individuals with life limiting illnesses and their families. As someone with Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer, the hospice is of real significance and value to me.

We're not at the peak of fitness 😂 but ready to put in the hard work to prepare for this challenge. Any donations would be greatly appreciated, no matter how small. Feel free to come along on the day to cheer us on or bring sugary treats 😁
