Following the massive success of our previous campaigns, we are proudly continuing our partnership with Fair Shot Café—and this year, we’ve set our sights on our biggest milestone yet: breaking the £35,000 mark!

Why We Are Riding: The Fair Shot Mission ☕️

Fair Shot Café is a multi-award-winning social enterprise café and registered UK charity. They are on a vital mission to transform the lives of young adults with learning disabilities and/or autism through specialty coffee training and employment.

In the UK, the unemployment rate for neurodivergent young adults is devastatingly high. Fair Shot is changing the narrative, and the impact of their structured, year-long supported internships is undeniable:

-- 45 young adults successfully supported out of the unemployment cycle so far.

-- 30,800+ total hours of expert hospitality and employability training delivered.

-- 91% of learners leave the program fully employment-ready.

-- 100% of their job-ready graduates have successfully transitioned into long-term employment.

Furthermore, Fair Shot leads by example as an accredited London Living Wage employer, proving that fair, inclusive, and dignified work is entirely possible.

How Your Donation Helps

Fair Shot’s life-changing programs rely entirely on generous donations to keep running. Every pound we raise during this 500km trek goes directly toward providing structured education, hands-on skills development, and community inclusion for young adults who just need a fair chance to shine.
