Mia & Sophie are aiming to be summer superhero’s and are going to be walking, running, cycling or swimming a total of 43 miles over the school summer holidays to raise money for Alder Hey Children's Charity.

We’ll be putting weekly updates on to track progress. Mum/Dad and wider family will all be joining in.
