Micah Liverpool is a social justice charity that aims to relieve Liverpool residents from social injustice and poverty. We are currently running projects to combat unemployment and deliver emergency food aid and affordable food.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On 26th/27th June, a team of friends and colleagues will be tackling the National Three Peaks Challenge in 24 hours to raise vital funds for Micah Liverpool.

Starting in Scotland at the foot of the highest mountain in the British Isles at 5pm on Friday 26th June, we will complete our climb of Ben Nevis before heading to Scafell Pike through the night for a dawn ascent of the highest peak in England. Once we've completed Scafell Pike we will dash to Wales to ascend Snowdon with the aim of completing our ascent and descent of the highest mountain in Wales before 5pm on Saturday 27th June.

We will be tackling a total elevation of around 3,000 metres with around 42km of trekking on minimal sleep and minimal food. We know that this challenge will be a tough and gruelling one but we'll be spurred on knowing that we'll be supporting Micah Liverpool as it continues its work to tackle social injustice across the city.

Any donations will make a massive difference to Micah Liverpool and the motivation will be greatly appreciated by the team as we prepare for this challenge. Thank you!
